FEU and DLSU meet again on Wednesday for the first game of their semi-finals match-up, with the twice-to-beat advantage to the Green Archers. FEU now has to win two in a row against La Salle if they want to advance to the finals.
Siyempre win or go home na yun siguro patayan na yan at bibigay na namin ang lahat.
This could possibly be (but hopefully not) RR Garcia’s last UAAP game. It’s nice to hear RR has the sense of urgency and he is vowing to give everything he’s got. The Tamaraws have their backs against the wall. It’s win or go home.
Realization: Sentcheu is actually taller than Douthit.
Keys to the Game
The three ball has to fall for FEU. It’s one of their biggest weapons on offense. They struggled from long range in their previous game and have to knock down those shots to have a chance to win.
Wherefore art thou, Romeo?
Romeo struggled in the first half of the playoff game. He has to start off aggressive and maintain the high level of play. The FEU Tamaraws will go as far as Romeo takes them.
The Tamaraws have to continue rebounding well especially against a very tall DLSU frontcourt.
Tingin ko, kailangan ko pa mag-mature ng konti kasi may times na kulang ako sa pagiging vocal at leader sa court
It’s good to see Romeo wants to be a more vocal leader on the court. It is always nice when your best player keeps wanting to improve himself.
It will be interesting how both teams will adjust to each other after their playoff matchup. Will FEU keep giving DLSU the three ball? How will the FEU Tamaraws adjust after their offense struggled in the previous game? Will the Archers continue their excellent first half defense on Romeo? Let’s wait and see.
